Returns & Refunds Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Osairo and is governed by Australian Consumer Law. It explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, faulty items, and return processing.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
This 30-day return period applies to all eligible items and is calculated from the confirmed delivery date provided by the carrier.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a standard return within the 30-day return window, items must be unused and unworn, unwashed, returned in their original packaging, and have all original tags and labels attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
Under normal circumstances, underwear or intimate apparel and customized or personalized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
If any such items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, they remain eligible for a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@osairo.com.
Your request must include your order number and the reason for the return.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, clear photos must be provided.
Returns must be approved before being sent. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.

Return Shipping and Tracking
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the carrier and package weight.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is properly packaged and includes valid tracking information.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. If a return shipment cannot be tracked or is not received at the return address, we may be unable to process a refund.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Osairo will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Processing
QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Osairo does not offer exchanges.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods depending on the nature of the problem.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days after arrival at the return facility.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
If a returned item does not meet the stated return conditions, the refund may be refused or adjusted accordingly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@osairo.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, and within a reasonable time after you become aware of the issue.
Your message must include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement of the same item, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
These rights apply regardless of whether the item would normally be considered non-returnable.
