Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made through QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Osairo and explains the accepted payment methods, payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, and payment security in accordance with Australian regulations and platform requirements.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS–compliant payment service providers.
We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, cheques, or cryptocurrency payments.
Payment Processing
Payment is processed immediately at the time an order is placed.
The full order amount is charged to the selected payment method at checkout. Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
No additional payment processing fees, service fees, or surcharges are applied beyond the total amount shown at checkout.
Currency
All prices and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If your bank or payment provider uses a different currency, conversion rates and fees are determined solely by that provider.
Payment Availability
Payments may be made using supported payment methods; however, orders can only be accepted and fulfilled where the delivery address is within Australia.
If an order cannot be authorised, verified, or fulfilled, it may be cancelled and any payment received will be refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Orders that cannot be successfully authorised or verified may be cancelled.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails or is declined during checkout, no charge will be completed by QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Osairo.
In some cases, banks or payment providers may temporarily reserve funds. These pending authorisations are typically released automatically within a few business days.
If you notice an incorrect or duplicate charge, please contact support@osairo.com so we can assist you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Osairo does not deduct processing or handling fees from approved refunds.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
If a chargeback is submitted, we may provide the payment provider with relevant transaction information, delivery confirmation, and communication records where applicable.
Submitting a chargeback does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity (for example, where goods were received and the dispute is made in bad faith) may result in reasonable order restrictions or refusal of future purchases, to the extent permitted by law.
Payment Security
All transactions are securely processed through PCI DSS–compliant payment providers.
QJ Global Group LLC, trading as Osairo does not store, process, or have access to full payment card numbers or security codes at any time.
Payment data is encrypted and handled exclusively by trusted payment platforms such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.
